Little Bookworks Family is located in Ottawa, Ontario.

You can choose from the following delivery methods:

• Free pickup in Ottawa South (near the airport): an email will be sent to you when your order is ready with pickup details.
• Delivery in Ottawa and Gatineau at a cost of $6. Free for orders over $69.
• Shipping anywhere in Canada: flat rate of $14.90. Free for orders over $69.

Using the code PLEASEHOLD we can hold your order until you are ready to ship. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. If you need an item urgently, don't hesitate to send us an e-mail: info@littlebookwormsfamily.com, we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Orders will be sent in packages that have already been used (excluding book boxes), in line with Little Bookworms Family values (what counts is what's inside the box).
